We attach great importance to protecting the personal information and privacy of users’ (hereinafter referred to as “you“). When you use SUNMI devices and related services, we may collect, use, store and share your relevant personal information. 1.Completing Registration
If you need to register and bind an SUNMI account for your SUNMI device when you log in to your SUNMI device, we need to collect your mobile phone number, email address, login password. You may not bind an SUNMI account for your SUNMI device. In such case, we do not need to collect your above personal information, and this will not affect your normal use of your SUNMI device.
2.Using a SIM Card
If your device uses mobile data to access network, you can insert a SIM card into your device. In such case, we may need to collect your SIM card information, mobile phone number and mobile data card number to steadily provide you with services. You can choose not to insert a SIM card into your SUNMI device but to link WLAN to your SUNMI device. In such case, we do not need to collect your above personal information, and this will not affect your normal use of your SUNMI device.
3.Ensuring the Safety and Reliability of Services
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of services, we will collect your device model, IP address, device software version information, device identification code, device identifier and network operation log, crash report and other log information to ensure the safe operation of the services and devices. If you do not agree to our collection of the foregoing information, your device may face higher safety risks in operation.
4.Customer Services
When you make complaints, suggestions or feedback to us through our feedback system, in order to facilitate contact with you, and help you solve problems as soon as possible or record the handling plan and results of related problems, we may collect the communication or call records between you and us, the account information that you provide, the contact information that you provide, and the information that you provide in order to prove relevant facts. If you want to access or correct your information, such as basic user information, you can click Settings-User Center in the device and operate according to the relevant prompts.
(II)Deleting Your Personal Information
Under any of the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your personal information:
  • (1)If we collect and use your personal information in breach of laws or regulations or our agreements with you;
  • (2)If we share or transfer your personal information with or to a third party in breach of laws or regulations or our agreements with you, we will immediately stop sharing or transfer and notify the third party requiring it to delete your personal information in a timely manner;
  • (3)If we publicly disclose your personal information in breach of laws or regulations or our agreements with you, we will immediately stop the public disclosure and issue a notice requiring the relevant recipient to delete the corresponding information; or
  • (4)If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account, or we terminate our services and operations.
(III)Changing the Scope of Your Authorization
You can contact us via the methods specified in this Privacy Policy to change the scope of consent or withdraw your authorization.Please understand that SUNMI devices and related services can be realized only when some permissions are given and necessary personal information is collected. If you withdraw your consent, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent, but this will not affect the personal information handling services previously carried out based on your authorization.
(IV)Canceling Account
If you wish to cancel your account, you can contact us via the methods specified in this Privacy Policy, we will respond to your request promptly. Your cancellation of the above account is irreversible.   • SUNMI devices are commercial devices. In principle, we do not provide SUNMI devices to minors.
  • If we collect the personal information of a minor with the consent of his/her parents or guardians, we will use or publicly disclose such information only to the extent permitted by laws, with the express consent of the parents or guardians, or under the circumstances necessary for protection of the minor.
  • If facts prove that we have collected the personal information of a minor without prior consent of verifiable parents or legal guardians, we will try to delete the relevant information as soon as possible after we know it.

In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall be construed as follows: 1.SUNMI: means the provider of devices, i.e. Shanghai SUNMI Technology Group Co., Ltd. 2.Users: means users of SUNMI devices who have full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct. 3.Device Operation Data: means the data generated when you use your device, including hardware data and software data, but excluding personal information. 4.Device Agent: means an agent who purchases devices from SUNMI and provide a device to you.

We may collect your Device Operation Data during your use of a device or services, including storage information, summary information of data flow, summary information of applications, detailed information of applications, detailed information of the operation of applications, detailed information of the use of cemera, external device information, bluetooth pairing information, application crash information, device network setting information, statistic information of collection and upload, statistic information of the use of gallery, developer option information, personalized setting information, safety setting information, general setting information, summary statistic information of interfaces, summary detailed information of apps flow. You agree that we can share your Device Operation Data with our affiliates or partners (e.g. Device Agents) in order to facilitate them to optimize their sales strategies, conduct sales management, or understand the installation of apps in your device.
V.How Do We Protect Your Device Operation Data
We attach great importance to the safety of your Device Operation Data. To this end, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures commonly used in the industry, such as network isolation, data encryption, employee access control and other measures. In the process of using SUNMI intelligent cameras by you, we will, in the following ways, collect and use your personal information, in order to provide our products or services to you, to optimize the quality of such products or services and ensure the safe and stable operation of services:
1.Registration/Login
When you register an account with SUNMI Platform, we may collect your mobile phone number and email address. You need to set your login password. The mobile phone number and the login password are your credentials for logging in SUNMI Platform. The above information is collected to help you complete the registration of SUNMI account. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to login in SUNMI Platform to use SUNMI intelligent cameras properly.
2.Adding your carmeras to your account
When you add SUNMI intelligent cameras to SUNMI Platform, we need to collect the device model, MAC address, device serial number and device IP address of the intelligent cameras you are using. The above information is collected to connect SUNMI intelligent cameras to SUNMI Platform, so that you can use and control SUNMI intelligent cameras on SUNMI Platform. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use SUNMI intelligent cameras properly.
3.Associating Stores
When you use the functions of store guard at non-business hours, daily records of customer visits, customer flow statistics, jobbery prevention and cashier auditing, we need to collect your store name and store address, so that you can associate SUNMI intelligent cameras with your store. If you do not provide the above information, you may not be able to use any of the above functions properly, but this will not affect your normal use of other functions of SUNMI intelligent cameras.
4.Associating Cash Register
When you use the function of cashier auditing and jobbery prevention, we need to collect the transaction records of your store, and the device model, MAC address, device serial number and device IP address of the cash register. The above information is collected to associate your cash register with SUNMI intelligent cameras to help you verify the authenticity of transactions. If you do not provide the above information, you may not be able to use the function of audit of cashier properly, but this will not affect your normal use of other functions of SUNMI intelligent cameras.
5.Use of SUNMI Cloud Services
When you use SUNMI cloud services, we need to collect the product serial number of the SUNMI intelligent cameras you use. The above information is collected to provide you with SUNMI cloud services so that you can use SUNMI cloud services to store and make an access to video data. If you do not provide the above information, you may not be able to use SUNMI cloud services properly, but this will not affect your normal use of other functions of SUNMI intelligent cameras. Please be aware that unless you and SUNMI have other agreements or unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, SUNMI will not collect, use or share your video data stored in SUNMI cloud.
6.Personalized Products or Services
In order to provide you with products or services that you may be interested in, we may combine your information with the information provided or generated when you use our other products or services, analyze such information and form a user profile, so as to preferentially display to you the information of products or services that you may be interested in, or send to you marketing information, electronic commercials, etc. If you do not agree with our collection and analysis of the above information, you may not be able to enjoy personalized products or services properly, but this will not affect your normal use of other functions of SUNMI intelligent cameras. For the avoidance of doubt, the above information means the information about the users of SUNMI intelligent cameras, not that about the consumer, employee and other individuals shot by intelligent cameras (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Shot Targets“). The collection of the above information is necessary for the safety of products or services. If you do not agree with our collection of the above information, you may not be able to use SUNMI intelligent cameras properly.
8.Improving or Optimizing SUNMI Intelligent Cameras and Their Services
For the reasonable need of improving or optimizing SUNMI intelligent cameras and related services, we need to collect the relevant information you provide when you provide feedback to us or contact our customer service, the questionnaire reply information you send to us when you participate in the questionnaire survey, and the relevant information we obtain when you interact with our related parties and our partners.
