Announcement made to protect consumers’ sensitive personal data in accordance with the law.

The Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC came into effect on November 1^st, 2021, which made clear statements on protecting consumers’ personal information and standardizing data processing. Thus, SUNMI also accordingly upgraded its protection scheme on protecting consumers’ sensitive information required for order processing.

2. 1. Meituan riders will deliver the takeaway orders, and the delivery address will be desensitized, meaning that the consumer’s sensitive information will be hidden;
3. 2. The self-delivery order will display the complete delivery address in order to facilitate the normal operation.

2. Both Fengniao Zhuansong and Fengniao Kuaisong will deliver the takeaway orders, and the delivery address part will show “[Privacy Protection] The customer’s address has been hidden. Please log in the merchant’s app or the rider’s app of Ele.me for details.”;
3. Self-delivery orders or orders with other distribution modes will display the complete delivery addresses in order to facilitate the normal operation.
