A sixth time participating in the GITEX, SUNMI rolls out SUNMI DMP.
On October 10th, the GITEX GLOBAL 2022 was grandly opened in Dubai, UAE, and SUNMI participated in this world’s largest tech show for the sixth time bringing a whole series of IoT devices. This time, SUNMI also rolled out SUNMI DMP, a brand-new platform for SUNMI partners, which attracted lots of attention. Moreover, SUNMI P2 SE, a new SUNMI product for overseas users, also was a high-profile product.
SUNMI DMP is an integrated IoT device management platform developed by SUNMI, allowing SUNMI partners to manage devices from the cloud in a closely collaborative way. This entirely upgraded platform combines the capabilities that were previously provided by Partners Platform, MDM, and TMS respectively, which greatly enriches device management capabilities. A new SUNMI Home in the Asia Pacific region, Cambodia SUNMI Home kicks off trial operations.
On October 22nd, the trial operations of Cambodia SUNMI Home kicked off. Self-service retail, smart restaurant, and logistics management among other over ten business scenarios were completely exhibited in this 256㎡ space. In alliance with local partners, SUNMI helps banks, service providers, and merchants located in Cambodia realize digital payment in an omnichannel way.

Several offline activities are carried out in Taipei SUNMI Home.
On October 17th, SUNMI partner Damai Network held a knowledge lecture in Taipei SUNMI Home themed on “Details in F&B Sector, to Grasp Business Success Through Data Analysis”. The CEO of Damai Network shared his opinions and the participants also experienced abundant digital store solutions presented by SUNMI there.
On October 21st, the Chihlee University of Technology came to visit Taipei SUNMI Home, and the writer Karen shared her writing techniques with the onsite attendees entitled “Writing a Popular Thousand Character Essay Within 15 Minutes”. SUNMI will continue to walk close to communities and schools, to help build digital stores for local merchants.

SUNMI, E+Care, and Alipay jointly empower smart elderly care.
The facial recognition payment solution developed by E+ Care based on SUNMI D2 has provided much help in the elderly care industry. In a community elderly care center in Hangzhou, after adopting the payment solution, the elderly can directly make the payments by facial recognition at the self-service point, which makes the whole payment process much smoother. In the future, the payment solution will be available for more elderly care centers, to serve more old people with smart solutions.
