The first thing: stay true to the original aspiration.
SUNMI is a company driven by values, philosophy, mission and vision. The
core value of SUNMI is "altruism". "Let all employees achieve material and
spiritual happiness, and make contributions to the progress and
development of human society" is what SUNMI pursues, and also the
long-term value goal SUNMI hopes to achieve through the practice of
altruism. "Building a commercial IoT platform with altruism and finally
realizing Business 4.0" is the mission of SUNMI, and also the "path" for
SUNMI to practice altruism. "To become one of the top ten IoT companies in
the world" is the vision of SUNMI, and also the realistic basis for SUNMI
to prove the altruism.
The destiny has brought us together to work together. What kind of cause can make our life worthwhile and inspire us to put unlimited enthusiasm into it? The second thing: embrace changes.
The world we live in is constantly changing. Starting in 2020 and
over the next decade, the smart business will bring changes to all offline
channels. Firstly, the offline businesses will be fully digitized to
achieve online and offline integration. In the future, there will be no
distinction between online e-commerce and offline bricks-and-mortars, and
all commerce will be integrated. Secondly, the six technologies of 5G,
IoT, cloud computing, real-time big data, AI and blockchain will turn the
business activities of the whole society from the physical world into a
new digital world. We will usher in a highly prosperous civilization that
is never seen before in human history. And SUNMI will be one of the
important infrastructure builders of this new commercial civilization!
Looking back at 2019, there are some changes that we have prepared for in
advance, which led to our growth. But there are also some changes that we
haven’t prepared for, which turned out to be pressure or even resistance
to our business. Before dealing with changes, the first thing is how we
view them. Reject it? Embrace it? Or even initiate revolution? When we
embrace changes, seek growth in changes, and dare to follow the trend and
initiate revolution in the process of growth, then we will have the
opportunity to become better ourselves, and SUNMI will have the
opportunity to become a better enterprise.
The third thing: start a new undertaking.
The market competition is fierce, and the time left for SUNMI to stand out
